Oh Christmas Tree.....

We have totally been into Christmas this year like we never have before!! I don't know if it is because of the boys and Trey really being excited for it or if we are just in the Christmas spirit! Well, whatever it is we are having a hard time waiting for it to get here! Trey has been wanting to put up all the Christmas for about a month now and I've been trying to make him hold off but today I finally gave into putting up our Tree!! It sure was a task though! Our beautiful Pre-Lite tree is not so pre- lit anymore, very sad! So I decided that I had to take all the lights off that were burnt out so it took forever! But it was totally worth it because it is beautiful!



I am usually pretty controlling when it comes to the tree I want everything to look just right and I don't really want anyone touching it but me! But how could I resist the excitement that was in this little guys eyes when I told him that we were going to finally put up the Tree today! He did a wonderful job putting things on and when he wasn't sure were something should go! He would say mama you do it!

He did such a great job and he was all excited when it was finally all done! He just kept walking around the house saying, "Merry Christmas... to you!!" And Jack loved looking at all the lights! His little eyes got so big when we turned all the lights on!
Here is our beautiful tree that we spent all day on and Trey was so proud of it!

This picture had nothing to do with putting up the tree just another one of Trey's being a totally goof moment! We have this Santa thing that you hang up and he sings Santa Clause is coming to town! Well Trey put the parachute on his head and he was walking around saying, "Santa, I've been naughty!" It was so funny he can be such a little stinker, but he always says the most clever things that make you just bust out laughing!!!
