Richard is all about hanging Christmas lights on our house! Every year he plans it out and tries to see how he can get away with getting more lights on our house! This usually involves many trips to the store because he hooks to many strings together causing some strings to completely quit working! This year we decided that we were going to change up our lights from the plain old icicle lights to some fancy blue LEDs! We are planning on trading in our old light and hoping that these last us alot longer! Richard got on the roof a few days ago and measured everything out to see how many were were going to need. Then last night we head to not one but two walmarts to stock up! Today is literally the only day that he can put them up! He is about to get really busy with Harry Potter so it had to be today! When we got up this morning it was windy and a little bit rainy but that was not going to stop him!

Soon after it started to hail and here he was hiding in this little corner hoping it would pass!
I decided to brave the hail just to get a picture of him on the roof! It wasn't my best idea since the moment that I went out there it really started hailing hard and the it was rather big! He is still on the roof right now and luckily the hail has stopped! Oh the things that he will do to have his house look all festive!

that is some serious dedication. I would be too lazy and leave the lights up all year that way I would only have to "fix" the lights that burned out in November. Yay for you guys getting all ready.
