This guy and his newly acquired goatee! We have some changes coming our way regarding richards job. He will soon be working for megaplex and we couldn't be more excited! The moment Richard found out that megaplex allowed facial hair he stated growing this thing out! Who knew such a small thing could get him so excited! We are super excited about the changes coming our way and all the opportunities that are out there for him with this new company! Richard is such a good dad and a fantastic husband! He always takes such good care of us...don't know what we would do without him!
