Over the weekend we decided to take the kids on a little trip! We headed down to slc to stay over night and go see temple square! We had tons of fun. We took the kids to toys r us they loved it but that was a total mistake on a Saturday! It was giving me and Richard both total anxiety! There was so many people out and jack was running all over the place! But we had fun! When we made it down to slc we headed to our hotel and then to city creek. It was our first time and it was a blast! The weather was warm but it was very busy! We hit up all our favorite stores, the Disney store and Tiffanys! Later we had dinner and then headed over to see the lights! It was amazing Harper couldn't get over how pretty everything was! She was in pretty heaven! After the lights we headed back to the hotel to swim and crash for the night! Have I mentioned we had am amazing view from our room balcony of city creek and temple square! That morning we had planned to go the the grand America brunch so we got all fancied up and headed over there! Trey and jack were both complaining about having to be dressed up that was until the Utah football coach walked over to our table and told them how sharp they looked. He also complimented me on having such well behaved kids (I'll pay myself on the back now) and such a beautiful family! To bad Richard missed all that action he was off getting food! Treys favorite part was the tiny little hot chocolates, elf sized he called them! Harper was in Mac and cheese heaven and so was jack! We all wanted to slip off into a food comma afterwards but waited till we made it home! It was such a fun weekend I hope we can do it again!
