Nothing better then a freshly bathed baby rubbed up in baby lotion! Them getting to smell all that sweetness while snuggling her to sleep! On a weird note, Richard was sure I was going to choose his arm pit! Sorry dude...fresh and so clean baby wins over arm pit any day ;)
My dad! He's overcome many things in his life and I'm pretty grateful I can call him my dad! He's taught me many lots and I hope that I'm half as good a parent to my kids as he was to me! I love you daddy!
I love the lazy sunday afternoons that I get to spend with this guy. When harper goes down for a nap and the boys watch a movie and we get to spend time together just us! I love you Richard Davidson!
Tonight after dinner the boys were dying to have a popsicle. So I got them one and they both went out and sat on the swing set! It was funny to sit and listen to them just talk to each other! Trey talked about how he got to have school lunch, jack talked about how he was saving his money to buy a ball at walmart! It was a rare moment that they weren't yelling at each other. But even when they are yelling its all in fun! I love that these two are so close together and that they are the best little friends!

This afternoon after jack got home from preschool the whole fam sat in the backyard. We ate popsicles and admired the freshly mowed lawn. The weather was perfect and no one was fighting! If that not peaceful I don't know what is!
