July 4th and Cruise In Time!!!

Happy 4th of July! We had a great July 4th! We were able to attend two different firework shows and it was alot of fun. Unfortunately we forgot our camera when when we went so we don't have any pics of Trey crying during the fireworks. Last year he loved them but this year was a completely different story! He couldn't wait to get in the car and go home because in his words, "mama, booms are scary!" He was not a fan and that was just the first night! The next morning when he woke up the "booms" were all he could talk about and when we asked him if he wanted to go again he quickly told us "no way!" But he was brave and we took him again the next night! He was a little scared but luckily we went with Grandpa Bair and Uncle Shayne so there was no way that Trey was going to act to scared in front of Shayne! So he tuffed it out and actually had a good time that night!
On Saturday it was the Cruise In here in Logan. We went with Grandpa Stud, Grandpa Princess, Grandpa Bair and Uncle Shayne it was great to have everyone together for this fun parade! Trey couldn't wait to go and see all the cool classic and some not so classic cars! He was sure that he was going to see McQueen and Mater while we were there! It was alot of fun and Trey was in heaven because Trey loves cars! Every time a car would drive by that looked like one from the movie Cars he would yell out it's name it was so funny and he was so excited to be seeing these cars in person!

Trey totally mesmerized by the cars. You can't see it in the picture but Trey is totally drooling as he sits very quietly watching the cars drive by!
