Terrible Two's Here We Come!!!

Trey is less than a week away from turning 2, but we are definitely in the terrible 2's! I don't think that we have ever seen him throw more fits and heard him scream so much in his life. We've realized that we pretty much can't take him anywhere because it's probably going to result into him having a major melt down in public which is Richard's worst nightmare. Trey has always been good about riding in the car. We were always able to just put him in the car and he would just sit there and look out the window and you never heard a little peep out of him! But now he kicks the seat and cries the whole time. Trey is just doesn't know what to do with himself. He is so moody that you would think that he is a raging hormonal teenager. Poor kid. He is always screaming at us about everything and half the time we have no idea what he is saying. I think that my favorite thing that he does it when ever we go to the store or anywhere that we have to pay for something, he screams and yells at the people who are taking our money! I mean he has a huge melt down and just screams "money, money I want it!" It is totally embarrassing! But even with all his tantrums he still has his sweet moments! It's hard for us to be mad at him though because he is just so darn cute. Trey had woke up a little early the other day, so Richard being such a nice husband took him down stairs to watch T.V so that I could get a little more rest. When I got up I walked down the stairs and Trey came running over to me and said, " mama, I missed you!" He gave me a huge hug and a kiss it was so sweet. So at times when it seems that the screaming and fits will never end I try to think of his sweeter side.
We've been trying to get Trey excited about being a big brother since baby Jack will be here soon.(I hope) We talk about Jack all the time and Trey has helped out a lot picking things out for him and helping fix up Jack's room. He always likes to give him a kiss goodnight and he tells him that he loves him. It is so sweet! He likes to tell me what Jack is doing. He is usually sleeping Trey says. But he is going to be wonderful. He loves being a big helper. He says all the time, " mama, I'm a good helper!"
I hope that it is going to be easy for our little Trey baby to adjust to another baby in this house, but I think that they are going to be great friends!!!
