So our Insurance company called us yesterday to tell us that the Silver Bullet is a total loss! It is sad but the good news is that we got more money out of it than we thought that we would...alot more! So we are pretty excited about that! We were a little sad to see the car go, we have some good memories.........like both of the boys being brought home from the hospital in this car! But lets be honest Richard has hated this car from the moment that he got it! So we aren't to sad to see it leaving!

So I know that from the outside you might be wondering why it got sent to car heaven! It doesn't look bad right! Can't you just tell that Richard is so glad to see this car die!

Here is one of the tires! We are not sure what happened to the hubcaps they are probably swimming in the lake!

This is were the problem was! The engine was completely full of water and all of the salt water that was in there corroded the engine!

It was so nasty inside it stunk and was just full of salt and grossness! I felt so dirty after we cleaned it out!
Well there you have it! We will now be a 1 car family for a bit until Richard gets a new work mobile! It was really funny when we went to clean it out Trey asked me why we couldn't just put a band aid on it! I what a clever little guy a band aid fixes everything but I think that a new car will be better!

Sooo sad! But what do you expect with it being a Ford and all lol. I am so sorry! Let's look at the bright side though, they are all safe and Richard gets a new car! Maybe a manvertible???
I love the band aid comment from Trey. He is so cute. I hope car shopping goes well and I glad they offered more money for the silver bullet than you thought they would!
Crazy! I'm glad everyone's ok.
