Car Poop a Tall Tale!!!
Back when Trey was probably about 1 1/2 Richard and myself made up this thing called car poop! What is car poop you might ask? Well car poop is mainly the snow that gets stuck on your car that is brown or basically any snow that is slushy and gross! We made up the fact that cars poop because I didn't want Trey touching it, stepping in it or splashing in it in a parking lot! Basically anything that would seem like the best time in the world for someone his age! The moment that we told him this he was totally turned off to the idea of even looking at it, because if you know Trey you know that he has a major poop-phobia! So I was one happy mom! I had the kid who would totally dodge it in the parking lot and it just became a normal thing to us! We continue to call it that to this day and even Jack has always known it as car poop! Mr. Independent (Jack) will even let us lift him into the car so that he won't get it on his pants climbing in! Well last night it snowed a pretty slushy heavy snow which resulted in a massive amount of car poop everywhere! Today after we went to go and pick up Trey from school we were getting out of the car and I said to Jack, "watch out for the car poop Jacky!" He went around the poop lumps in the garage very carefully! Trey then hopped out of the car and says to me, "Mom, I just realized something you keep telling us that this is car poop....but it's really just snow!" Oh no I've been caught! I started laughing because it never occurred to me that he didn't know at the age of 4 that it wasn't snow! I told him he was right but that we couldn't tell Jack because I didn't want him playing it. He proceeded to tell me how silly it was that we have been trying to make him think that cars poop especially only in the winter! Because, "cars don't poop MOM! You're so silly!" So the secrets out, but at least he is a good sport and will tag along with the fact that cars poop all over the place for the sake of Jack and me! Trey Baby he is one smart little guy!
