Santa's Coming to Town!!!
The other night we got together with our most favorite people The Ropers! The Anniversary Inn here in Logan was having a night that you could go on a tour of all the rooms and if you brought a food donation you can book any room for any night of the year for a super low price. We hit it up almost every year. Every year they also have Santa there so we take that as our opportunity to take the kids! This year we invited The Ropers to go with us so we hit up dinner together and then headed to see the big guy! We checked out the rooms first but don't worry the kids were not bored by any means!
Here they all are (Trey, Tenzing, Oakely and Jack) crammed into a hammock that they have in one of the rooms, but I can't remember which one. We saw so many I forget what they all look like! They all had fun going into all the rooms, Oakley especially liked seeing all the huge tubs! My boys loved all the rooms that had games and the rooms that were like tree houses! Tenzing was just happy to be there!
Finally we made it to the room where Santa was! Trey got up there like a pro and told him what he wanted! Jack on the other hand didn't want to even look at Santa or have Santa look at him...hopefully Santa gets the memo that Jack whats a shoo-shoo train! Trey has been watching alot of Elf lately and told us all that when he sat on Santa's lap that he was going to say, "you don't smell like Santa...you smell like beef and cheese!" Sadly he chicken out, but I knew he would! What he really should have said was you look a little too young to be Santa and you have a creepy voice! We took the rest of the tour got some cookies and then headed over to the main house to book our most favorite room! It took a bit to book everything but don't worry Tenzing and Jack entertained themselves and the masses!
Here they are all babies gone wild, working what their mama's gave 'em! Yes folks they have their cute little bare bellies pushed up to the glass door and loving every minute of it! I just love these 2! Tenzing is just a month older than Jack and they are best buddies! Which would only make sense since me and his mama are best buddies also! We had a great time, Richard and I got a great room now we only have to wait clear til October to go and enjoy it! We had so much fun with our friends we were glad that we finally got to see them since we are sort of having Roper with drawls, us and the boys included! Trey is glad that we finally saw Santa and Jack is just glad that he didn't actually have to sit on his lap to get a Candy Cane....maybe someday!

That is neat that they let you tour all the rooms. What a fun idea!
