Oh Vegas! We have been looking forward to this little summer get away for months! We were so excited when the day finally came! We got up early, richard headed to work and me and the kids got everything ready to go and we were out the door by 9:00am! We thought we were doing great....
That was until we had to make a million pee stops! Ok it was only three but it felt like we were stopping way to often especially since it was for the same kid every time. Apparently we haven't trained him well enough.
But we made it! It was hot I tell ya! I thought it was hot in Logan but it was nothing compared to Vegas! But we love it!
The kids couldn't wait to hit the pool so we did just that, multiple times a day everyday! It was so nice to soak up the sun and cool off in the pool! We were in love and I have an amazing tan to prove it!
We did some fantastic school shopping! Jack was so excited because it was his first year! He got some cool new kicks for school he can't wait to show them off!
Richard and myself even got to sneak away for a relaxing date! As far as dates go, this was amazing! We got pedicures and went to dinner! It was fantastic!!!
One night we decided to venture to the strip we haven't really done this with the kids so we thought it would be fun! Parts were fun but the part where the porno people tried to hand my little jack and naked lady picture were not!!!
We saw the pirate show! Jack was in heaven! He loves pirates that kid and trey was loving it right along with him. Harper on the other hand hated every second of that thing! She screamed she cried! We are in a full fledge terrible two nightmare right now!
Next we hit up the volcano at the mirage! We got right up by the fence because we didn't want to have eyebrows anymore and it didn't disappoint! The fire made jack nervous, Harper screamed and treys mind was blown! It was great! It made the heat of Vegas seem like a warm tropical breeze! We loved it!!!!
We had the best time!! We love visiting Vegas and its always nice to go and have quality time with the family!!!
