First Day of Kindergarten!!!

Well it's here Trey's day to enter the world of school! I can't believe that he is already in Kindergarten! Seriously I feel like he was just born yesterday and now I'm sending him out into the world as a little man! Trey has been so excited to go to Kindergarten aside from Sunday when he had a slight panic about the bus which resulted in the nervous pukes! But he got it out of his system and couldn't wait to do it this morning! Last night we went to an open house for the school to meet his teacher Miss Tami and show him around the school! He was so excited after that and couldn't wait to get up this morning and go! So excited in fact that he got up at 6:20 this morning!
He couldn't wait to get on his first day of school clothes and get his picture by the door! Jack couldn't wait to join in!!

Then is was time to head up the street to the bus! There is a bus stop at each end of our street so we head to the one that has the least amount of traffic! All the older kids were excited to see Trey there and it's good to know that they will be looking out for him! They all love him!
We waited a few minutes and then I sent off my baby into the big world! Honestly this is the point were I almost lost it! Seeing him get on the bus with all the other kids just made him look so little and I wanted to run over there and get him and not let him go! The bus driver was so nice to him he found a seat next to a friend and off he went! I'm so glad that they got a new bus driver because the one last year was not that nice! I would watch her yell at the kids everyday as they got off the bus! But this guy is great and I guess he sounds like Donald Duck!

After I sent him off we got in the car and headed to meet him at the school! Here he is getting off the bus at the school!

Trey had a little bit of a wait to get into Kindergarten since his bus is pretty much the first one to get there. The Kindergarten has its own special section of the school with its own entrance and playground. Trey will have to wait by the gate everyday til it's time for him to go in!
When it was time to go into Kindergarten they had all the classes line up with their teachers! Trey was a little nervous he kept looking for us in the crowd! He did really good he stayed in line and waited to get his name tag from his teacher! He also met a kid named Canyon who had the same backpack as him and I'm pretty sure they are going to be good friends with their love of wrestling and all! When they were all ready they followed their teacher Miss Tami into class!
We walked behind his class to make sure that he got in alright I took one more quick picture of him. That is Miss Tami with him! We think that she is going to be a great teacher! It's her first year but she only has this one class so she will not have to worry about to many students! After a quick picture we left and went home!

And before we knew it he was home! We had been practicing since yesterday all day about him getting on the right bus to come home! I was nervous that he would get scared and not know what to do! But he did it and luckily for us the bus driver changed her route so that she could drop him off closer to our house and he wouldn't have to cross the busy road up here! He gets dropped off two houses away right at the corner! He had a great first day he said his favorite thing was riding the bus and recess! He is making lots of friends and can't wait to go back again tomorrow! We couldn't be more proud of him and we know that he is going to do great!
