The Time Where I Cried Over Sending Things to the DI!!!!!

Today I'm having one of those days! It started out like a normal day, took Trey to school said goodbye to Richard for the weekend, then me and Jack headed out on the town to do some Baby Girl shopping! It was great got some cute things, was all kinds of excited and then it happened!
I decided to tackle this! You see all those boxes are full of boy clothes. Some baby, some toddler and some kid! We are having a DI drive in our ward tomorrow so I thought I could go through them and send then on there way. But no, I opened a box of clothes that contained 18-24 month sized clothes I started to go through them.......and lost it! I mean lost it as in crying something not rarely done by me! I was so upset that I needed to call Richard! I calmed myself down a bit told myself not to cry anymore and called him up, I didn't want him to think I was crazy. He's out of town you see not coming home til tomorrow and I needed a pep talk from the only person that really understands me. I was fine, but then he answered and I lost it again could hardly get out words and was crying again. Crying because I was getting rid of my babies clothes, my memories of my boys. Thankfully Richard understands that this would be a hard task for me, I obviously did not! He told me that it was fine we could keep all the clothes we would store them somewhere, but I know they need to go because seriously we have nowhere to put them. I felt better talking to him and getting it out but still, I almost felt like a bad mom, like I was literally throwing away my kids! All I wanted was hug but that was not going to happen through the phone! I mean do you think it would be weird for him to tell his boss that he needed to go home like right then because his wife was having a sob fest over baby clothes? That's an excusable thing...Right?

I got rid of most the box, well I told myself that I'm going to get rid of most the box. I don't think that I will be able to do it tomorrow, but at least I went through it. I came across these that I just couldn't give up. Like Jack Hawaiian shirt that seriously I think he only wore once but it was at his 1st Birthday Party! Or the blue and cream sweater, Richard brought this outfit back to Trey after he went on "The Man Trip" shortly after he was born! Trey's first little football jersey that both the boys wore! The orange Shirt was a Halloween shirt, I remember Trey wearing it and holding hands with my dad while he picked one of his first pumpkins and wearing it the first time that we ever took him to Lagoon! Those little blue pants belong to a baby outfit that I loved it has a white shirt that goes with it with a horse on it. It's one of my favorites, sure it's covered in spit up stains, but they are spit up stains from my baby boys! Seriously I only did one box I don't know if I can face the rest of them today there's so many and I haven't even gotten to the little tiny baby clothes! What is it going to be like when I get to them?

I have to clear out the closet because I have to make room for all this pink and I'm excited! I just can't believe that my Trey baby and Jacky Bair are not babies anymore they are boys, big boys! Sure Jack still follows me around like a little puppy and loves to snuggle and still needs me at night and Trey still wants to hold my hand and give me a kiss in front of everyone but they are growing up! Trey is going to Kindergarten in the fall and Jack will be going to preschool! Right now at this moment I want to go back to when they were like this....

Newborn babies when there lives revolved around me and Richard and nothing else. When there wasn't school and friends and a mom sitting in an empty room crying over baby clothes. I want to go back back to when all they wanted to do was fall asleep in our arms and stare at us with their big beautiful eyes! If I would have known this is what would have happened today all over baby clothes, frankly I would have just let them sit in the closet!! I know that we are raising two amazing boys, they are going to grow up to be wonderful, successful men....I just want them to stay my babies! Well now that I've cried my eyes out typing this, I think I can be done! If this is what is going to happen over baby clothes, I can't imagine what is going to happen when they really are grown up and go on missions and move out of the house and get married! What will I do then......I might just have to be sedated!!!

Vegas, a Birthday and a Belly!!!

January is a depressing time of year for us here in the good old Cache Valley! It's super cold and smoggy and no fun. Luckily for us Richards parents go to Vegas for the winter and are kind enough to invite us down for a few days! We decided that we would go over Richards birthday and it was great! The weather was fantastic in the mid 60's with lots of sunshine! We left Monday night after Richard got off work and got to Vegas around 11 pm Vegas time! It was a long dark drive and I was uncomfortable pretty much the entire time. Funny Story, when we hit about Nephi area I decided that I couldn't take it anymore! My stretchy pants were digging into my ever growing gut and they were cutting off circulation so I decided that they had to come off! Seriously I rode the rest of the way to Vegas with no pants on! I didn't care one bit! When we got there we put the boys in bed together and surprisingly they went right to sleep even after getting worked up a bit since they were seeing Dick and Pam for the first time in along time! We went right to bed but it wasn't long before we were woke up in the morning by our two little guys ready for some cartoons! Me and Richard had plans that Night to go on a HOT Date with out the boys so we all headed over to the ticket place to get some for that night! While we were deciding what to go to Grandpa and Grandma took the boys over to this really cool park!
Here is Trey working at the "jail" that is what he thought it was!

They had these cool little houses that reminded me of the rides at Disneyland!

This maze was the coolest! We ran around in it for a long time! The boys would hide from me and Richard and we would sneak up on them and scare them, It was so fun!
Me finding the boys and taking a quick picture! I love this pic just look at those baby blue innocent eyes!
Family pic on the dragon fly!
After that we headed to the New York, New York to get tickets for our show that night and made the mistake of just letting the boys walk. Which meant alot of carrying by me and Richard! Poor Jack's little legs just don't go that fast so it was exhausting! But on that walk we someone asked us where we were from when we said Utah there was a quick, "Well where is your other wife?" Richard followed it up with this, "This is my other wife!" It was pretty hilarious people are so stupid! We rounded out the day with lunch, Me and Pam did a little shopping and while we were gone Richard took the boys swimming! We went on our much needed Hot Date which included some guy trying to give me a free CD of his music "here have some rap music for the baby!" and one of the annoying guys at the casino trying to give me and coupon for free shots at coyote Ugly! Yes this really happened, do you think that I should be slamming them back in my condition? All I can say is the date was great!!

The next day we took the the boys to the tournament of Kings! Jack was feeling really crappy that day so I was worried that he wouldn't like it but he loved it! We were right on the front row and he clapped and cheered for our knight like a pro!
Richard and Trey!
Mommy and Jack!
Trey trying his soup!
Richard got a wish bone in his chicken but I won the wish!
Here we are posing with the prince after the show!
Grandpa and Grandma with the boys!
It was a great show Trey got a little freaked out when the dragon knight came out so much so that he peed his pants a little! But he loved it and Jack loved the horses!
This is a picture of what Trey looked like every morning totally crashed out and pretty much nothing would wake him up!
And this is what Jacky Bair would be like! He's so stinking cute!
The last day that we were there was Richards Birthday! He had great day of shopping and just relaxing!

Here he is opening all his presents! I think that he got what he wanted he never tells me so I never know! Me and Him got to go on another date that night! We went to a movie and after that we went and saw a comedian that was really funny! It was a great day and he is now 32 big ones! We had fun having him with us and not having to share him with work and I like that I got to spend time with just him for a few hours! Happy Birthday Richie I hope it was a good one!
Also while we were in Vegas came being 24 weeks pregnant! We decided that we had to have a classic Vegas Belly shot for this big moment! So here I am in front of the Welcome to Vegas sign showing off the bump! Baby Girl is getting pretty big these days and I really noticed it in Vegas! But we are trucking along right on schedule and the time is flying by! I just got the fabric that I ordered for her room in the mail so I can start working on getting things done in there! I'm so excited! I feel like I'm not getting that energy coming back thing that everyone talks about but I'm pretty sure it's because I chase around after two crazy boys all day! I am hanging in there though and it's great that I have such a supportive hubby that helps me out so much when he comes home!
Well that was our trip we had so much fun but it's always great to come home to your own place and mostly my own bed!! Thanks so much to Dick and Pam for letting us take a break from this cold weather to visit them and thanks for watching that boys a few nights so that we could have some alone time together it was much needed!

I'm a Picture Taking Slacker!!!

I'm wanting to divorce our camera! It's been taking really craptastic pictures lately and honestly it makes me not even want to pick it up to take a picture anymore. So I've started a new camera fund (for those of you who would like to contribute ;) ) and hopefully we will be getting a new, nice, fancy camera before long! I've realized that really the only pictures I've taken have been on my phone so I decided to hook it up today and show you some of the things that go on in this crazy testosterone filled home! Enjoy!
Trey Loves to pick his nose! I told him if he didn't stop he would be wearing socks on his hands so he couldn't! Well he didn't listen....he has since stopped for the most part!

See the cute nugget dressed in brown like a Shepperd? Yes he is mine and yes I think that it is totally fine to whip out my phone during primary to take a picture! I don't care what you stink eye brothers and sisters think!
Trey went through a phase of wearing these 3D glasses that he had us take the lens out of! He wanted to look like his dad! He wore them for a solid week!
Trey's love to shave now ever since he got this awesome shaving kit from Granny Kalee for Christmas! We won't be growing any beards in this family!
Isn't he pretty much the cutest thing you've ever seen! Jack has some wicked hair! We grow it long in the winter because he won't let me cut it! I love to run my fingers through it and I think that he likes it too!
This was the first thing that we bought for Baby Girl! Jack wanted to show it off to the world!
This is what your face will look like if you don't go to sleep til 3 in the morning and then wake up at 7! One tired nugget!

They love each other I promise!
If your dad leaves for a few days on a work trip you are pretty much required to just lay in bed and wait it out! Jack just doesn't know what to do with himself!
Don't want to walk somewhere, well climb in your moms purse I'm sure you can fit!
Want to work out your calf muscles.....put on a pair of heels! I'm sure your dad will be proud!
Jack had a little crush at church on his nursery teacher so of course we didn't think twice when he put on some pit juice and Trey's undies! They share occasionally....is that gross or is it better to just avoid an argument?
Lastly we have a monster in our house...it's a chicken (not real, totally fake)! Jack is a little afraid of him so he carries around a gun most of the day just in case the Chicken Monster gets out of line! You will hear a million pops come from the gun as he walks through the kitchen and then a very low but serious, " I'm watching you Chicken Monster."

Well that's the life when you live with these crazy boys anything could happen insomnia, 4 year old shaving, little bit of cross dressing, undie swapping and one crazy chicken monster that lurks in the kitchen!

Mom's Little Helper!!!

Jack is a super helper around the house...not to say that Trey isn't great but he takes a little more reminders to help out! When Trey is at school I find that, that is my time to get things done because well my messiest kid is gone (Sorry Trey, I still love you!)! Jack loves to clean he walks around with his little rag and wipes things down he helps me pick up, it's great, especially since I feel like I'm moving a little slower these days! He pretty much gets excited to do anything and today I discovered that Jack has the same passion for something as I do.....

The kid loves to vacuum! Today he vacuumed the whole family room pretty much by himself and took as much time and got every single little space, multiple times...just like his mama! You see vacuuming is my thing, I LOVE it. I always think that if your house looks like it's freshly vacuumed then it pretty much looks clean! I mean I vacuum 3-4 times a week! Excessive??? Maybe, but I don't care!
Jack even vacuumed the Kitchen! He use to pretend to do it only when the vacuum was off but today he turned it on and went to town! I have just been hoping that one of the kids would someday take an interest in cleaning and today was finally the day! Poor Jack was even upset when I told him that it was time to be done he wanted to keep going! I hope that he keeps this up because it's nice to have a little helper!

Davidson Family Home Videos Anyone?!!!

So I finally after 2 days figured out how to get my videos on here! I blame it on the lack of brain that I have at this moment in time! This one was taken last week, Trey and Jack are really into zombies and Jack loves to chase Trey around the house pretending that he is one!

In case you thought your eyes were tricking you....no Jack was not wearing any pants! He was in full potty training mode then so he didn't wear pants most of the time!
This next one I had to put up of my rock star in training! Trey loves his new paper jam and can't get enough of rockin' out on cold winter days!

Jack stepped it up for this video instead of showing of his thunder thighs he was rockin' some sweet little green man pajama pants! We try and keep it classy in the Davidson house! Hope you enjoy our home movies as much as we do!

Potty Training and Preschool Again!!!

Ok so this is just a quick update with no pictures about some of the things that I talked about in my last post! Basically....I'm a potty training queen!!! Yes you read that right, after just 12 days of potty training Jack, he is officially potty trained! He hasn't had an accident in days, he sleeps through the night and his naps without peeing, (He is even staying in his underwear instead of a pull-up for naps) best of all he is telling me when he has to go! If I'm being honest I was terrified to potty train Jack! The kid has a strong willed personality, if he doesn't want to do something....well he's not going to do it! But I broke through and now he is a champ! He's doing it all, the pee, the poop and I couldn't be more thrilled! Goodbye diapers...for a few months anyway! I'm so proud of him yesterday while we were at lunch he even stopped in the middle of eating and told us that he had to go pee! It was great Richard took him to the bathroom and he went like a pro!! I'm so glad that my one and only new years resolution is over in just 12 days Haha!
In Trey Baby news his preschool decided to pull there head out of their butt and continue to offer the morning session of preschool! Hooray that means he is back in school! He was not to thrilled about it since he had gotten use to 4 weeks of laziness, but as soon as we walked back into school this morning he was in his element again! He was happy and glad to see all his friends! His teacher was really excited to see him too! She had called me yesterday and pretty much begged me to bring him back to the school! She told me that she was so happy to see him that she wanted to cry, she must love him that much! I'm glad that he was able to go back to school because he needed to get out of the house! Him and Jack have been fighting like crazy and constantly they needed sometime apart! Things today have gone alot better between the two of them since they had a 3 hour break from each other and they are back to the fun loving brothers that they were before they were stuck together forever! Don't get me wrong they love each other but they get on each others nerves!
In Babycakes news, well there is not alot! I can tell that she is going to be a princess because whenever I pick up one of the boys she kicks them as hard as she can until I put them down! She kicked Jack so hard the other day that he actually felt it and he look at my belly and said, "Hey Babycakes you kicked me!" He was a little surprised that someone dared do that to him! She's been kicking hard enough lately that Richard was able to feel her the other night so that was cool! She pretty much likes to move it and shake it all night long or after I eat, that must make her happy! I'm busy planning her room and I've found the fabric I want to get to make her bedding for her crib! I can't wait I'm so excited! To bad what I want is out of stock until the end of February so I will have to wait til then! Sorry that was so long and with on pictures maybe next time!

It's a boring life....

Well I decided that I should probably blog about something even if it is nothing! Things here have been less then exciting! It's so cold outside we don't even want to leave the house. I think the highest that I've seen it get in the last little while is maybe 16 degrees and the air just looks disgusting! Even up here on our hill it's hazy!
I decided on January 1st to start potty training Jack....great way to start out the new year ;) It's been rough but I think that we finally started to make some progress!
This is how he has been rockin' life lately! Undies and a shirt! The first little while he wasn't having it! I was getting frustrated and wanted to quit because I was tired of getting him on the potty, nothing happening and then taking him off and dealing with pee 2 seconds later! But I have persisted! Yesterday... finally by a miracle after he got up from his nap I noticed that he hadn't peed in his pull up so I put him on the potty and he did it.... he peed...a nice long good pee! I was screaming I was so excited and that got him excited too! He got a sticker and some M&Ms and he thought that was pretty cool! So cool that later after dinner he did it again!!!! He hasn't done anything today but at least he has done something!

I'm still getting alot of this when I say that it's time to go potty or when the potty buzzer goes off but oh well! Personally I'm tired from chasing him and then carrying him up the stairs to the potty but hopefully it starts to get better!
Trey has been just hanging out waiting for school to start again! But unfortunately we received an email from his school (that is currently going through a ton of changes) that they were getting rid of his class 4 days before he went back! We had the option to switch to another class but it just wasn't going to work with our schedule and the changes that were happening were not very pleasing to us so we had to make a tough decision to take him out of his school. I wasn't comfortable with the way things were turning out there anyway so maybe it's for the best. I tried calling and getting him into another school but because of the time of the year and the late notice they have no room for him! So I have a new occupation Preschool Teacher! We are going to be working with him at home to get him ready for Kindergarten! I feel so bad for the kid but he is really excited about it! We are going to start on Monday so I'm trying to figure out how we are going to do this!
Other then that nothing fun is going on here! Hope everyone else is doing fun things!
