We decided last Monday that even though Trey has already gone back to school that we would try to cross another thing off of our Summer list! Trey is an avid movie fan just like his dad so we were going to hit up the Drive-In! We invited our BFF's the Ropers and we were going to have a good time! I tried to explain to Trey what a drive in was like, he just couldn't get it! He didn't understand why on earth you would go to a movie and sit in your car! I knew that he was just going to have to go and experience this for himself! I myself haven't been to a Drive-In since I was probably 5-6 maybe and we saw Turner and Hooch that is about all I remember and falling asleep in the back of my Dad's truck! He had a mattress back there and it was great!
We put a foam pad in the back of the Durango and it was prefect and cozy! Trey brought his pillow and blanket, wore his pj's and was all set to watch despicable me!
Jack put up his chair right next to his buddy Tenzing!
They talked and giggled and got sleepy together! They both had fun watching the movie!
Trey and Oakley loved the back of the car!
Jack couldn't decide if he liked it! Eventually he decided that he didn't and sat outside most of the night! Until I made him get in there to go to sleep!

Finally these two little guys were tuckered right out! They both crashed out in the back! I wish that I could have! We were so tired that we didn't even stay for the second movie! Richard and me both had a hard time staying awake on the ride home! It was such fun little thing to do and it will be a great memory for us with our friends! We are so lucky to have two great friends that like to be on the go as much as we do! They are up for anything and we sure do like hanging out with them! We had a great time at the Drive-in and can't wait to do it again!
