4 years ago yesterday the best little thing came into ours lives....Trey Baby! I can't believe that he is 4 years old....where has the time gone! I don't know! The night before Trey's birthday he wasn't feeling very good! He cried himself to sleep and I just hoped and prayed that he would wake up in the morning feeling like a new little man so that he could enjoy his birthday!
He woke up like this seemed all sorts of happy and ready to open his presents! Do you think that we spoiled him? I do, but that is what happens when you send Richard to do the shopping! But it's ok we do it because we love him and wish that we could give him everything in the world! He opened all his presents and loved them all! He got a Leapster and a Toy Story game to go with it, Candy land (the devil) Another little green man (toy story) fishing type game, markers, new undies, a shirt! He got spoiled! Shortly after opening presents he started to feel just awful and he looked horrible too!
This is where we ended up at the Instacare! Poor guy had a raging ear infection! I felt so sorry for him that he had to go to the Dr. on his Birthday! We got him some drugs and he was up and running again! He was so mad that the Dr. didn't tell him Happy Birthday he even had on his Birthday shirt so that everyone would know!
It took awhile to get him up and feeling better he was in no mood to take pictures so this is about as good as they got!
He was totally happy playing with his leapster though! I wish that we would have got this for him a long time ago. He was so good in the car while we drove to SLC it was heavenly! If only Jack was old enough for one then we would have had to made!
We took Trey to the Mayan for his Bday dinner! We thought he would love the jungle atmosphere and the cliff divers!
Jack was not to happy about this sitting in the snakes mouth thing!

Jack loved his bowl of beans! They looked totally gross....but whatever makes the kid happy!
This is the birthday boy apparently he didn't like any of the noises that were going on at this place! He wished that we just would have gone to McDonald's!
Finally the divers came out and Trey loved it! We had a good seat so that the boys could see everything!

The best part of all was the cake! He loved it we sang happy birthday and it pretty much made his day!
We love you so much Trey Baby! Our house just wouldn't be the same without you! We love waking up to your smiling face every morning and you have the funniest personality of anyone that I know! You are the best big brother anyone could ask for! Jack loves you and looks up to you so much! We love you buddy and hope that even though it was kind of a rough day that you still had a good birthday! We look forward to all the years of growing up with you! You are such a sweet kid and we are so lucky to have you in our family!

Poor Trey, hopefully he won't remember the infection for too long. Ira and Oakley both have leapsters and they are so nice to travel with.
That is an intense candle in his dessert at the Mayan. I am glad he got drugs and could feel better so he could enjoy his birthday! (PS his gift is going to go to his and jack's party so don't think I forgot about him.)
